Elvis Is ordering hot dogs for his son's birthday party. Each hot dog costs $1.50. For orders smaller than a dozen hot dogs, there is a $3 delivery charge. Is the cost proportional to the number of hot dogs ordered and why?

    Yes because the price changes by $1.50 with each hot dog I'm not sure how the delivery fee affects it though so I might be wrong
