    The answer is C because if u plug in - 100 as 't' it is less than 10 and if you plug in 4 for 't', it is also less than 10.

    Another way to do this is solve for 't' in each equation

    So, for answer C if you move 5 to the other side you get t<5 (which matches the original inequality)
