Two similar bags contain the same number of red and blue balls

Sammy takes the first bag and he replaces 5 blue balls by 5 red balls. now the number of Red Balls is twice the number of blue balls

Rami holds the second bag and he takes 3 red balls from it now the number of the blue balls is twice the number of the red balls

designate by x the number of Red Ball and y the numbers of Blue Balls

(x and y are positive integers)
