y = - 6/4x-14/4

3x+y=-4 ... you move the 3x to the other side it become negative and your answer will be y = - 3x-4
-6x-4y=14 ... you move the - 6x to the right side which will be 6x+14 then you divide - 4 from left to right to leave the y itself and your answer will be y = - 6/4x-14/4
