x = 375 + 28

= 403

The student had subtracted 48 from 375 to get 327 instead of adding 28 to 375 to get 403.

2) 0.66 - 0.57 = 0.09

0.75 - 0.66 = 0.09

0.84 - 0.75 = 0.09

So the successive number must be + 0.09 of the previous number

0.84 + 0.09 = 0.93

0.93 + 0.09 = 1.02
