He does not charge by the hour.

And how would one express 6.5 hours in seconds?

    Put all into min

    6.5 hours is 390 min

So for 390 min he makes 1560

    So divide

    1560/390=4 he makes 4 dollars a minute

    4 x 60 = 240

    He makes $240 an hour
