    126

    Steps:

    1. Turn 90% into a decimal to make your life easier.

    Decimal form = 0.90

    2. In this math problem "of" means to multiply.

    3. Multiply the number of chickens the farmer has leftover (140) by the percentage (90%) of his total flock that he has sold.

    4. 140 x 0.90 = 126

I deeply apologize if this is wrong! <3
