How to solve 2d:4+6=5+4

    So, first you're going to combine any like terms. So, add 4 and 6 and you get 10. Then you do the other side which is 5 plus 4 and you get 9. So now it is 2d:10=9. Now you can put 2d over 10 multiplied by d in a fraction. A fraction represents division. So it would be 2/10b=9. You can simplify it to 1/5b=9. Now you have to get rid of the fraction so you multiply by its opposite to get rid of it. So multiply by 5 on both sides so you get b=45.
