If a number between 0 and 100 is an odd perfect square, then only factors of one number are 1, the number itself, and the square root of the number. What is a counter example for this conditional example

    I found 81, the square root of 81 is 9 and it divide by it self and 1 but it also has factors of 27 and 3.
