If you spend $30 on supplies and you plan to charge $5 per bracelet. What is the equation to relate the profit y to the number of bracelets x you make

    You start out with - 30 then as your profit grows from selling bracelets you take how ever many bracelets you sell and plug it into this equation for x and you should find y 5x-30=y

    Y = x5 - 30

    profit = the number of bracelets multiplied by the price per bracelet subtracted by the cost of supplies
