    1490 milliliters

    Step-by-step explanation:

There are 1000 milliliters in 1 liter.

Jug contained 2.5 liters, that in ml, is:

    2.5 * 1000 = 2500 milliliters

He poured 755 and 255 into 2 motors, that is pouring a total of:

    755 + 255 = 1010 milliliters

    He has remaining,

    2500 - 1010 = 1490 milliliters

    Or, in liters, that is:

    1490/1000 = 1.49 Liters
