Write an equation of the line that passes through (-3,3) and is perpendicular to the line 2y = 8x - 6

    Y=4x-3

    M of new line = - 1/4

    y = (-1/4) x+b

    3 = (-1/4) (-3) + b

    3 = (3/4) + b

    b=9/4

    y = (-1/4) x + (9/4)
