The rectangular floor of a room is 4 feet 6 inches wide and 8 feet 3 inches long. How many square yards of floor covering will be necessary to cover the floor of the room?

Reminder: 1 yard is equivalent to 3 feet and 1 foot is equivalent to 12 inches.
