    Use u subsitution

    u=x²

    2u²+u-6

    now do ac method

    2 times - 6=-12

    what 2 numbers multiply to - 12 and add to get 1

    -3 and 4

    split the middle temr like that

    2u²+4u-3u-6

    group

    (2u²+4u) + (-3u-6)

    factor

    2u (u+2) + (-3) (u+2)

    undistribue

    (2u-3) (u+2)

    u=x²

    (2x²-3) (x²+2)
