    The factors of 10 with even numbers only are:

    2 and 8 4 and 6

    The possibilities we have are:

    28 46 64 82

    Only 28 and 82's digits have a difference of 6, so our new list of possibilities is:

    28 82

    28 can be divided by 4 to get a whole number, 7, while 82 cannot. So, 28 is the only one with 4 as a factor and the only possibility.
