there were 28,000 people at a ball game in Lis Angeles. The days receipts were $154,000. How many people paid $11 for reserved seats and how many people paid $4 for general admission?

    Answer: $154,000/11 = $14,000. If there MUST be some of each, then we must find a value for $4. $154,000/4 = $38,500. Since both can be divided equally, then both have an equal share. 77,000 people paid $11 and 77,000 paid $4.
