Ella is selling cookies for $4 per dozen. She

pays $10 for ingredients. If she ends up with

a profit of $66 how many dozen cookies

did she sell?

    Equation: 4x-10=66

    Move - 10 to the other side by adding 10 to both sides. to get 4x=76.

    Multiply both sides by 4 and get x=19, so she sold 19 cookies
