Yes dividing the cost of strawberries ($4.50) by 2 and then adding that quotient/answer ($2.25) to the cost of strawberries gives you the price of $6.75. Not $7.75.

    Written out: 4.50 / 2 = 2.25 4.50 + 2.25 = 6.75
