Hypothesis, it moves to the next step - known as a theory - in the scientific method and becomes accepted as a valid explanation of a phenomenon. Tanner further explained that a scientific theory is the framework for observations and facts.

If more and more scientist agree with the hypothesis.
They also have to do many experiments that have the same result.
The more the experiment is done (and same result occurs) the more valid the hypothesis is.
