    Jada's neighbor is 16 years of age

    Step-by-step explanation:

    In this question, we are interested in calculating the age of Jada's neighbor, given the information in the question.

    Let the present age of the neighbor be x years

    Her age in 4 years will be x + 4 years old

    Her age 4 years ago was x - 4 years old

    Now, the difference between twice her age in 4 years minus twice her age 4 years ago is her present age.

    mathematically that means;

    2 (x + 4) - 2 (x - 4) = x

    2x + 8 - 2x + 8 = x

    16-0 = x

    x = 16 years
