3 ([tex] / frac{4}{-9} [/tex^2]

When two fractions are right beside each other like this in a parentheses, does that mean u multiply them?

    Although the equation didn't come out right, yes when two number are covered in parenthesis it means to multiply them

    E. g. (2) (2) or (1/2) (1/2)
