When I transfer all those fractions into a fraction with a denominator of 18, I get 30.5/18. From there, a little more math is needed however.

21/24 cup of fruit salad remain.

First make all fractions have same denominator. Lowest common denominator would be 24. Add fractions and answer is 43/24, then subtract 22/24. (11/12 times 2 makes 22/24). Answer is 21/24
