An angle measures 20° more than the measure of its supplementary angle. What is the measure of each angle?

    Supplementary angles sum to 180 degrees.

    So if one angle is 20 degree more than the other ...

    x + (x+20) = 180

    2x+20=180

    2x=160

    x=80

    x+20=100

    answer: 80° and 100°
