    one peice is 4 ft long and the other is 15

    Step-by-step explanation:

    put into an equation

    x = the length of one of the pieces

    x-11 is the other one

    x + x - 11 = 19

    add 11

    x + x = 30

    2x = 30

    devide

    x = 15

    input that to find the other one

    x - 11

    15 - 11 = 4

    done
