How to find out how many times on one number goes into another number

You can find out how many times a number goes into another number by adding.

For example:

7 goes into 21 three times

7+7+7 = 21

Another method would be multiplication

Using the same example

7x3 = 21

You could also use division

21 divided 7 = 3

Or

21 divided by 3 = 7
