    60/X = 40/100

    60•100=40X

    6000=40X

    6000/40=X

    150=X

    60 is 40% of 150

    ' 40% ' means 0.4.

    You said that 60 = 0.4 x Full

    Divide each side by 0.4 : 60 / 0.4 = 1 x Full

    Full = 150.
