How do I solve this using substitution, graphing, or elimination?

Substitution

2x - 3y = - 5

+3y + 3y

2x=-5 + 3y

divide both sides by 2

x = - 2.5 + 1.5y

16 - 5x = 2y

16 - 5 (-2.5 + 1.5y) = 2y

16 - 12.5 + 7.5y = 2y

3.5 + 7.5y = 2y

-7.5y - 7.5y

3.5 = - 5.5y

divide both sides by - 5.5

y = - 0.54 repeating and then you substitute that for y into either equation to figure out what x is. Sorry, my math might be wrong, I'm a middle schooler so uhh yeah
