Let's divide and see how much the popcorn cost per ounce, then we can see which is the better priced brand.

    first brand: 16 ounces + 9 ounces = 25 ounces

    $2.00/25ounces = $0.08

    second brand: 16 ounces + 14 ounces = 30 ounces

    $2.10/30ounces = $0.07

So, since $0.08 is less than $0.07, the second brand is the better buy.
