A cylinder-shaped barrel has a diameter of 3 feet and a height of 4.5 feet. If the barrel is empty, which is closest to the minimum amount of water needed to completely fill the barrel?

    Diameter = 3

    radius = 1.5

    height = 4.5

    volume = pi*r^2*h

    =pi*1.5^2*4.5 = 31.8
