    6x+5=77

    -5=-5

    6x+0=72

    6 6

    x 12

when u have problems like this you have to turn the number with normal to its opposite sign so + 5 becomes - 5 then you do the same on the other side and subtract. then you need to get x alone. so u divide 6x/6 and then do it on the other side and then divide 72 divided by 6 and you get 12.
