What is the center of a circle whose equation is x2 + y2 + 4x - 8y + 11 = 0?

    Compare the Eqn with ax^2+by^2+2gx+2fy+c=0 then g, f will be 2 and - 4 respectively but we have the formula of center that is (-g,-f) so the required center is (-2,4)
