    Formula f (x) = a (x-h) ^2+k (h, k) is vertex

    Y=a (x-3) ^2+1

    Plug in y intercept

    10=a (0-3) 2+1

    10=-3^2a+1

    10=9a+1

    9=9a

    A=1

    Y = (x-3) 2 + 1

    Y=x2-6x+9+1

    Y=x2-6x+10

    the quadratic function is : f (x) = a (x-3) ²+1 find a

    the coefficient of the squared expression

    but; f (0) = 10

    10 = a (0-3) ²+1

    9a+1=10

    a=1

    f (x) = (x-3) ²+1
