I believe the chances are 1:3, in ratio form, because the ration of women to men is 2:3.

Because the fact that there are 2:3 women, you'd take the opposing ratio in contrast to how likely it would be.

    I think.

    6 women + 4 men = 10

    6 womens / 10 people = 60 percent

    6/10 = 3/5
