When planning her crops, Farmer Julie knows that her 25 acres can support oranges and pears. She wants to make $7,500 from her crops. She can make $2,050 per acre of oranges (the variable o) and $2,000 per acre of pears (the variable p). Which equation below would be a constraint in her system of equations?

    2050·O + 2000·P = 7500

    O - the number of acres with oranges.

    P - the number of acres with pears.

    Julie will use all of acreage to plant the crops. She does not know how many oranges will be and how many pears will be on those 25 acres, so the first equation is:

    O + P = 25

    Now, she knows how many each acres will make her:

    - $2,050 per acre of oranges, which can be presented as 2050·O

    - $2,000 per acre of pears, which can be presented as 2000·P

    Therefore, the second equation is:

    2050·O + 2000·P = 7500

    And the system of equation is

    O + P = 25
