    We are given with

    insurance condition: 10/20

    Vic's medical expense = $18000

    Billy's medical expense = $6000

    The total medical expenses is

    $18000 + $6000 = $24000

The insurance will cover 10% of the total expenses that she caused.

    $24000 (20%) = $4800
