    y = 3x + 5

    y = - x + 3

    -x+3 = 3x+5

    3-5 = 3x+x

    -2 = 4x

    x = - 0.5

    y = 3x + 5 = 3 * (-0.5) + 5 = - 1.5+5 = 3.5

    Abswer: C. (-0.5, 3.5)
