Edgar has 2.8 meters of rope. If he cuts it into 7 equals parts, how long will each piece be? How do I figure this out?

    2.8 is the same as the mix number 2 (8/10) which is ...

    28/10

    Divide 28 by 7.

    28/7 = 4

    So, 4/10 of a meter.
