    Find total area

    6 times 3=18

    18 times 912=16416

    total area=legnth times width

    total area/width=legnth

    16416in^2=total area

    width=3ft=3*12in=36in

    16416/36=legnth in inches=456inches=38ft

    teh path is 38ft long

    You would use 6 bricks in each row to get 3 ft wide.

    Dividing 912 by 6 you get 152 rows.

    Each row would be 3 inches in length.

    152 * 3 = 456 inches long or 38 ft long would be the length of the path.
