Assuming you mean 2x to the 4th degree is 2x^4, the expression is 2x^4 + 5x.

And the value of that expression when x = 6 is:

    2 (6^4) + 5 (6) = 2 (1296) + 30 = 2592 + 30 = 2622

    Answer: 2622
