    F (x+5) means for every x, it is x+5

    ok so since it is 2nd degree, we do exponent

    f (x) = x^2

    f (x+5) = (x+5) ^2=x^2+10x+25

    we need 5 more

    f (x) = x^2+5

    f (x+5) = x^2+10x+25+5=x^2+10x+30

    9 = 2^2 - 2k - 3 9 = - 2k + 4 - 3 9 - 4 + 3 = - 2k 8 = - 2k Divide by - 2 k = - 4
