    Leslie:

    h = hours

    3/4h=4 1/2 laps

    divide both sides by 3/4 or. 75

    1 hour = 6 laps

    Kayla:

    3/4h = 3 1/2 laps

    divide both sides by 3/4

    1 hour = 4 2/3 laps

    Leslie can do C

    1_ 1/3 more laps in an hour than Kayla
