What's the axis of symmetry for y=-3x^2+1

    y = - 3x^2 + 1 is a quadratic with a = - 3, b = 0 and c = 1.

    The equation of the axis of symmetry is x = - b / (2a). Here, that comes out to:

    x = 0 / (2*[-3]), or x = 0 (answer)
