    Perimeter=10

    Step-by-step explanation:

    The reason i got this was because a rectangles area is base times hight. Also if you draw a rectsngle and make it into 3 rows and 2 colums the area would be 6, and if you count the outside not including the very corners, you will get a perimeter of 10
