    Answer-

The inverse of the statement "If I do not buy a ticket, then I do not go to the concert" is "If I buy a ticket, then I go to the concert."

    Solution-

In order to form the inverse of any conditional statement, we have to take the negation of both the hypothesis and the conclusion.

In this case, the hypothesis is, "if I do not buy a ticket"

And the the conclusion is, "then I do not go to the concert"

The negation of the hypothesis would be - "if I buy a ticket",

And the negation of the conclusion would be - "then I go to the concert"

Therefore, the inverse of the statement "If I do not buy a ticket, then I do not go to the concert" is "If I buy a ticket, then I go to the concert."
