Move the negative sign to the left then multiplying both sides by 16.
simplify 1 times 16 and then adding 5 to both sides.
again simplify - 16 plus 5 to - 11
multiplying both sides by - 1
so making n+5 divided by - 16 equal - 1
is : 11
