Solve the problem. a ball is thrown downward from a window in a tall building. its position at time t in seconds is s = 16t² + 32t, where s is in feet. how long (to the nearest tenth) will it take the ball to fall 95 feet?

    At first we will have to calculate the dy/dx.

    So, ds/dt=32t+32

    Then to calculate the time, t we will have to consider ds/dt=95

    Therefore,

    32t+32=95

    32t=95-32

    t=63/32

    t=1.96875s or 2s
