3 - 6x + 8x = 9

Using Scientific Notation and combining like terms what does x equal to?

    3-6x+8x=9

    TIP: Use combination of like terms.

    Replace the 3 to the other side and it will be - 3

    And u will get this: - 6x+8x=9-3

    2x=6. Divide both sides by 2

    X=3
