    Length (L) : 4w + 1

    width (w) : w

    Perimeter (P) = 2L + 2w

    62 = 2 (4w + 1) + 2 (w)

    62 = 8w + 2 + 2w

    62 = 10w + 2

    60 = 10w

    6 = w

    Length: L = 4w + 1 → 4 (6) + 1 → 24 + 1 → 25

    Answer: 6 meters x 25 meters
