Machine A pops 12.75 ounces of popcorn in 3 minutes. Machine B pops 18 ounces in 4 minutes. If each machine pops popcorn for 10 minutes, will there be enough popcorn for eight 9-ounce bags? Explain.

    = 12.75 * 3 = 4.25

    =18 * 4 = 4.5

    =4.25 x 10 = 42.5

    =4.5x 10 = 45

    =45+42.5 = 87.5

    =87.5*9 = 9.7222 ...

    Yes there will be enough popcorn for eight 9-Ounce bags because there's an extra bag of popcorn left
