    Move all terms that don't contain x to the right side and solve.

    x=-1 - 4y/3

    3x+4y=-3 ... (1)

    5x+3y=6 ... (2)

    So we multiply equation 1 by 5 and 2 by 3 and subtracting, we got

    15x+20y=-15

    15x+9y=18

    (-) (-) (-)

    11y=-33

    y=-3

    Putting y=-3 in equation 1, we have 3x-12=-3

    3x=9

    x=3

    So x=3 (Ans)

    y=-3 (Ans)
